Inspiration to me is basically finding the good in life and wanting to do good, finding hope and giving it to others. So many people in TIG have truly and significantly made an impact on my life, and TIG as a forum has really made it happen in my life, at times our expectations seems to be cut off due to the environment that we come from, but God in His infinite mercies doesn't allow it to happen. I am inspired by language, specifically how different cultures use language to communicate their culture to each other. I have tried to learn a new language myself (e.g. English) but have had little success. Although it is a challenge to learn a new language, I believe that language is the key to bringing others together despite differences. ( читай дальше)

A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights.
